Class Terms & Conditions

1. Course Registration & Payment

1.1 All course fees must be paid in advance or as specified in the invoice or signed contract.

1.2 Once the course has commenced, all fees are strictly non-refundable, except as outlined in the Refund Policy below.

1.3 Course fees must be utilized within the agreed validity period (as per the course plan). Any unused classes after the expiry date will be forfeited without refund or credit.

2. Group Classes

2.1 Once a group course has started, the full course fee is non-refundable, regardless of attendance.

2.2 Any absence by the student will still be counted as a class attended; no make-up class or refund will be provided unless otherwise stated in writing.

2.3 Class fees for group sessions must be fully settled by the end of the course/session.

3. Private Classes

3.1 General Rules

• Once a private course has started, the fee is non-refundable.
• Private class packages must be completed within the specified validity period. Expired classes will not be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.

3.2 Private Classes – Fixed Schedule

• A fixed schedule means the class is held on the same days and times each week.
• Students are allowed up to 3 postponements or cancellations per package.
• Postponement or cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be counted as completed.

3.3 Private Classes – Flexible Schedule

• Students must book each lesson in advance according to the teacher’s availability.
• Booking should be confirmed at least 1 week in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be charged in full.

4. Rescheduling & Changes

4.1 The Institute reserves the right to adjust class schedules due to teacher availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 If schedule changes are initiated by the Institute, make-up classes will be arranged at a mutually agreed time.

5. Refund Policy & Procedures

5.1 Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The Institute cancels a course before its commencement.
• The student withdraws before the course start date, with a written request and valid reason accepted by the Institute.

5.2 Non-Refundable Situations:

• After the course start date, no refunds will be granted for any reason other than complete course cancellation by the Institute.
• Unused classes beyond the validity period are non-refundable.

5.3 Refund Process:

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or letter) to the Institute administration.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed in writing.

6. General Policy

6.1 Students are expected to attend classes punctually and maintain good learning discipline.

6.2 The Institute reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with prior notice.
